Commends Board on doing a good job forward looking into the future.

Bob Framme, 13309 Johnson Road
1). Since zoning for sewer plant affects homeowners outside Huntertown city limits, would the Council consider holding hearings with the Allen County Planning Commission to see if zoning is in the best interest of citizens?
2). Would Council consider replacing one of the USB members with a representative from Eel River?
   3) Would the Council consider increasing the USB board from 3 to 5, adding one or more residents from outside the City limits?
