Jay Stankiewicz, DLZ
Jay received quarterly report from INDOT on the Gump Road project.
Jay received an interesting inquiry from INDOT concerning Carroll Road as a rural road project. At this time, they are gauging interest in delaying Carroll Road project for 1-2 years. At that time, INDOT would pay 100% of construction costs which would be roughly $460,000. Cold patch may be needed for a temporary fix if this project is delayed.
Brandon Seifert made a motion of expressing interest with INDOT'S offer to cover 100% of financing on Carroll Road project. Dave Garman seconded. Motion carried.

David Hawk, Town Attorney
Dave received a copy of public notice from IURC stating our cause is scheduled for final order on Wednesday.

Gary Grant made a motion to adjourn. Brandon Seifert seconded.
