A meeting of the Town Council of Huntertown, Indiana was held at the Town Hall on Monday, July 6th, 2015 @ 6:00 p.m. Attendees: Council Member's Pat Freck, Mike Stamets, Dave Garman, and Brandon Seifert. Also present, Attorney David Hawk, Superintendent Don Papai, Derek Frederickson, Engineering Resources, and Resource Officer, Brandon Reichert. There were 18 guests and 1 Reporter.

Pat Freck called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Dave Garman made a Motion to accept June 15th Meeting Minutes, Brandon Seifert seconded. Motion carried.

Brandon Seifert made a motion to accept July 6, 2015 General Claims. Dave Garman seconded. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS

The discussion of possibly adding an additional 2 members to the USB was tabled as Gary Grant was not present at the meeting. Further discussion is needed.

COMMENTS/REPORTS

Brandon Seifert asked for more information pertaining to the 1997 Bond that we currently still paying on .

Don Papai
   1) Don presented Council with 2 quotes for stripping which includes: cross walk Gump to Huntertown School, cross walk Lima to Huntertown School, cross walk Carroll Creek to C.H.S.
   Dave Garman made a motion to accept bid of $8469.90 from Allen County Highway Department. Brandon Seifert seconded. Motion carried.

Derek Frederickson
   The streets of Lima Plant Industrial Park have yet to be dedicated to the Town of Huntertown. There are still important questions that need to be answered about accepting ownership.

OPEN FLOOR COMMENTS

Betty Lavachek, 2127 Meyers Drive
   1) Feels more American Flags are needed for the Town
   2) The flashing light by the school needs cleaned up and rust removed.

Gail Marshall, 12930 Johnson Road
   1) If new developments occurs (residential or commercial), will draining standards be the same as what is going on currently?
   2). With the possibly of a new development coming in, will they be paying their own fair share or will Huntertown subsidize them in some way for water and sewer?

Dave Smith, Hunter Road
   Thanks to the Town for a job well done from the past storm clean up.

Brandon Seifert made a motion to adjourn, Dave Garman seconded. Motion carried.

Next Council Meeting is Monday, July 20, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
