Tim Schobert
   1) The contractor on the Gump Road project was going to remove the damaged Huntertown sign with his crane, in return for allowing them to put their trailer on our property. They will need the crane the entire time, so would be charging us overtime to drop sign. Don is getting quotes from a professional company to remove.
   2) Gump Road off road work is complete. They are close to starting on the actual road.

Brandon Reichert
The City has seen an outbreak of theft to vehicles. He suggested keeping your cars locked and turning on outside lights at night.

Brandon Seifert made a motion to adjourn, Gary Grant seconded. All in favor.
